Dr. Miles Silman‘s proposal entitled “Advanced Sensing and Analysis to Support Protected Area Protection, Management, and Establishment” has been funded by the New Venture Fund.
Dr. Clifford Zeyl‘s proposal entitled “Evolutionary consequences of experimental transfer into yeast populations of an animal transposon” has been funded by the National Science Foundation.

Dr. Gloria Muday and Dr. James Pease‘s proposal “RESEARCH-PGR: Genomic analysis of heat stress during tomato pollination” has been funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and by (subaward/subcontract from) Brown University.
Dr. Luis Fernandez‘s (research associate professor of biology) proposal entitled “PRO-Agua Project 2 – Enhancing the Use of Freshwater Ecosystem Services in Regional Land Use Planning in the Madre de Dios Basin” has been funded by the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation and by (subaward/subcontract from) Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University.
